Statistics · in your browser

Run the test. Get the journal-ready figure. Keep your data.

A free, no-login alternative to GraphPad Prism for the analyses you actually run: t-tests, one- and two-way ANOVA, regression, non-parametric and categorical tests, and Kaplan-Meier survival. Works from raw data or just mean & SD. Nothing is uploaded — every calculation runs on your machine.

What it does

A free GraphPad Prism alternative, online

ClariPlot is a free online statistics calculator and graph maker that runs four of the most-used analyses in the life sciences — the unpaired and paired t-test, one-way ANOVA, linear regression, and the Kaplan-Meier survival curve — and exports a publication-quality figure for each. It needs no account, no download, and no upload: your data stays in your browser, which matters when the numbers are unpublished. p-values come from the same exact distributions (the regularized incomplete beta for t and F; the chi-square for log-rank) used by R and Prism.

t-test calculator

One-sample, unpaired (Welch or Student), and paired. Enter raw values or mean, SD and n. Returns t, df, the two-tailed p value, and a column figure with SEM error bars and significance stars.

One-way ANOVA

Compare three or more groups. Reports the F ratio, degrees of freedom and p, plus Bonferroni-corrected pairwise comparisons drawn straight onto the figure as significance brackets.

Linear regression

Ordinary least squares with slope, intercept, Pearson r, R², and p. The scatter plot includes the fit line and a shaded 95% confidence band, with the equation set on the figure.

Kaplan-Meier survival

Survival time plus an event/censored indicator gives a step curve with censoring ticks and median survival. Add a group column and ClariPlot computes the log-rank p value comparing the curves.

How it compares

ClariPlot vs a paid Prism licence

GraphPad Prism is the lab standard and does far more — nonlinear curve fitting, two-way and repeated-measures ANOVA, and dozens of tests. ClariPlot covers the everyday core for free, with one trade you may actually want: your data never leaves the browser.

Questions

Common questions

Is there a free GraphPad Prism alternative online?

Yes — ClariPlot. It runs unpaired and paired t-tests, one-way ANOVA, linear regression and Kaplan-Meier survival curves, exports publication-quality figures, and needs no login, download or upload. It covers the common core rather than Prism's full feature set.

Can I run a t-test from just the mean and standard deviation?

Yes. Switch the input to "Summary stats" and enter each group's mean, SD and n. ClariPlot returns the t statistic, degrees of freedom and a two-tailed p value — useful when you only have a published table, not the raw data.

How do I make a Kaplan-Meier curve for free?

Paste survival time and an event indicator (1 = event, 0 = censored), with an optional group column. ClariPlot draws the step curve with censoring ticks, reports median survival, and computes a log-rank p value when two groups are present.

Are the results accurate enough to publish?

The p-values use exact distributions and match R and Prism to several decimals. The figures export as SVG (true vector) and PNG. Always state the exact test, software and version in your methods section.
